The breakfast was good and everything tasted very tasty. The only thing I missed was red fish, which is usually present in other hotels of this level. There was plenty of fruit, pastries, and other food.

I always stay at this hotel, and I really enjoy the service and the staff – everyone is very friendly and always ready to help. When I’m running late for dinner, I call the ladies on the phone straight to my room, and when I arrive everything’s already set up. The service is a real delight and it’s convenient that they send emergency alerts directly to the room.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly, and during an emergency everyone is offered to go to a shelter. The breakfast is varied. The location is convenient – you can walk to the city centre, and free parking is available near the hotel. The room could have been larger and the beds wider.

The bed is very comfortable, the breakfasts are tasty, and there’s a private parking lot with attendants and spacious spots. The building and common areas look much more dated than the photos, with a pronounced 1990s retro style and Soviet motifs; the renovation seems to have focused mainly on the rooms, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is not in the hotel’s favour.
