The location was very good. There were a lot of ants.
Excellent location and high‑quality staff service. Maybe a bit more separation between cabins would give more privacy.
The spot was close to Avenida del Mar and the reception was friendly, but the room smelled like animal waste—apparently a dog—despite being clean; some utensils were in poor condition, the sofa bed was worn with visible springs, and the bedding felt unreliable so we slept on it anyway. We were exhausted, only staying one night, and didn’t feel strong enough to bring it up, though the staff were generally polite.

The kitchen and utensils were very basic. The insistence on early cancellations and the requirement to pay for the entire stay upon arrival felt too pushy, and that left me not fully comfortable enough to return.
The spot was ideal and the service was attentive. We were two fairly large bachelor‑party groups; even though the hotel also hosted several families and we felt a bit out of sync, we were always treated with respect and kept fully informed. Communication was consistently direct and honest.
