The staff were kind to our kids. The exterior and view were not impressive.

“場所はいいけどその他はNG”

The location was great, being close to the Sunday market, the arcade street and Harimaya Bridge. I discovered trash left by a previous guest under the sofa bed, and the space beneath the bed was covered in dust; the photos used to advertise the property must be old because the actual rooms look nothing like them. The staff’s service left a lot to be desired, seeming inexperienced and constantly checking on us, with greetings that felt forced. Breakfast was actually served at a nearby café, whose staff were pleasant. I also expected a double bed but got something more like a semi‑double, which I’m not sure is standard for a business hotel.

“本來對高知印象很好，可惜因為入住時旅館接待人員態度不友善且臉很臭、沒有耐心，讓我感受很差。住宿費很貴，房間小，是這趟旅程中感受最差的住宿體驗。”

The place is well situated for getting around and the outsourced breakfast was tasty. However, there was a lot of rubbish under the bed, the lobby smelled strongly of smoke, and the front‑desk person who checked us in had an unpleasant expression, was unfriendly and showed no patience.

The location was convenient, but there was no outlet where the mirror was visible.

The front desk staff were helpful. Unfortunately, the afternoon sun made the air‑conditioner in my room completely ineffective, and it was so hot after check‑in that I couldn’t stay in the room.
