The food was GREAT and the staff were very nice, and the pool stayed clean, but the extra services and rooms felt OVERPRICED. We were the only group and no extra fans were provided, and the dining area could use more fans.

They forcefully cancelled the booking and never replied through the portal, using the cheapest tactics to claim a 50% fee, and there was no attempt to resolve the issue at all.

Breakfast was good and the food overall was excellent, which was the highlight of the resort. However, a guiding road to the main gate and a person to point out the exact location should be posted at the road junction; toiletries like body soap and toothbrushes should be supplied, and hot water was unavailable because the geyser switch was not working.
