This place was a total dump. The moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a rough ride. The rooms were filthy, the staff seemed sketchy, and I just felt uneasy the whole time I was there. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

The people at the front desk were nice, I'll give them that. But the rest of the place was just gross. There was hair everywhere, stains on the bedding, and the bathtub was basically a biohazard. We had to take the bedding off just to sleep, and even then, I was a bit worried about what I might be getting myself into.

The air conditioner works, which is a definite plus. But that's about where the good news ends. When I asked for extra towels, I was told we already had enough in the room, which was just not true. We only had one large towel and one small one, and I needed two just to be able to take a shower. And don't even get me started on the side tables - they were dusty and dirty. The beds had two flat pillows, and the noise outside all night made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the BMO stadium, and it was a decent choice for a basic place to sleep and shower. However, the check-in process took way too long, and we were asked for an extra $20 without any explanation. To make matters worse, our room was completely bare, with no water or snacks available.

We were really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a couple of unwelcome bed bugs on one of the beds. We had to all squeeze onto the other bed, which wasn't exactly the most comfortable arrangement. The hotel's cleanliness was a major letdown, and we won't be staying here again anytime soon.
