My recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. When I requested a handicapped room due to my friend's medical condition, I was given a small, regular room on the 3rd floor instead. The room was dirty, the phone was broken, and the soda machines and elevator were out of order for most of my stay. To make matters worse, I was subjected to loud music from a nearby parking structure, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. However, my stay was slightly marred by some cleanliness issues that I encountered during my visit. The staff's efforts to make up for it were truly appreciated, but I couldn't help but notice the dust and dirt that accumulated in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel's downtown location near the casinos was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area on foot. However, my stay was somewhat let down by the hotel's somewhat dated decor, which could do with a bit of a makeover to bring it up to modern standards. Despite this, the location was truly unbeatable, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
