The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very polite, and the chef is a star; the food was great and the prices were affordable. I’ve been to several similar themed places and this one met my expectations 100 %. The only suggestion concerns the massage service: it would be better to have a dedicated space because it’s a bit uncomfortable to have it in the same room if one of the companions isn’t getting the same treatment.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to make sure everything was fine and to help even when it wasn’t their duty, and the bed was super comfy while the grounds offered a breathtaking view. Arriving was a nightmare and very unsafe; you can’t leave when it rains at night because the ascent is hazardous, and the breakfast needed more variety—two days in a row it was exactly the same.

The breakfast was good and conveniently located, but there were no USB ports beside the bed and no outlet nearby; a table and a couch would have been nice inside the cocoon 1, though I’m not sure about the domes or other cocoons.
