The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay, yet the room felt a little damp and the carpeted floor was quite worn and could use some updating.

The hotel is located less than five minutes from the T1 tram line and the Grand Bazaar, all major tourist sites can be reached easily via the tram or a short walk, the roof top terrace was a great place to enjoy the free breakfast, and the staff was super helpful and friendly, but the wifi signal faded in and out.
