The staff were great and the hotel felt modern, one of the few places with AC around here. We kept getting cold showers every day, and the windows in our rooms were tiny, making the air feel stuffy.

The overall facilities, bathroom, and bedroom were excellent, all very clean and well maintained; the staff were friendly, and the internet, TV, and air‑con worked nicely. Room 405 faced the back yard, so the window didn’t open; it let in light but no fresh air and no view of Atlixco. Construction workers in the rear yard added some noise, and the surrounding area felt a bit suspicious because of many buildings under construction, though inside everything was fine.

Everything was very clean and the renovations were impressive. The pool was a bit chilly, which is understandable since the weather had been cold the day before.

The location was great; you don’t need to go into downtown Atlixco. The only missing detail was the parking location.
