The staff were very friendly and attentive, they helped us and gave us useful information to navigate the city. The showers worked well and hot water came out; they also gave us a stove so we wouldn’t feel cold. Highly recommend the service.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, they kept our luggage for 2 days, called a taxi, and told us the prices so we wouldn’t be ripped off as tourists. The shower had good pressure and was hot, the large room was clean. A very good stay. It’s a bit far from the center, but that’s mentioned.

The bed was very comfortable, the shower was warm, and the location was close to the tourist center; the hotel staff were kind, helpful, and attentive, especially Marina who was always very nice; I’ll definitely stay at Terra&Lake again.
