The room was clean and spacious. However, I paid for a property with a pool, only to be told at reception that an extra tax must be paid for pool use.

The room was large and the property had potential. The available spaces were decent but clearly needed more care and maintenance. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained. In the outdoor areas, trimmed trees left debris on the ground, hedges were unkept, and cigarette butts and other litter were found on the entrance patio. The entrance had unclean trash bins and abandoned items, including a stroller. Room cleaning fell short, with hair and other details giving a sense of neglect. The room’s maintenance was lacking, with cracks and worn parts. We booked a double room with a single bed, but it actually consisted of two single beds that separated at night, making them uncomfortable. There was no proper mattress protector; the sheet moved at night, exposing the mattress, which didn’t look clean. The bathroom also needed work: the shower support was broken or unstable and moved during use. Breakfast was disappointing: mostly frozen items of low quality, no tea, and after repeated requests it was only purchased later. For a ten‑night stay we expected more variety, quality, and attention. In short, the management seemed inattentive to details and the service didn’t meet expectations.

“Piacevole soggiorno ma qualcosa da rivedere”

The room was large and cool at night (at least on our side). The room’s hygiene was good and the staff were courteous. Breakfast buffet was very varied, and the dishes on the few evenings we stayed for dinner were excellent. The price felt a bit high for just a night’s stay and breakfast. The pool was tiny and required an extra daily fee. The spa was nice but too small and expensive. When we entered, the TV wasn’t working and they had to replace it; the replacement still had reception problems. They tried to fix it, but the technician couldn’t, so we tried ourselves all evening (after the movie ended) and managed to rescan it. In the bathroom the wall‑mounted hair dryer didn’t work; we mentioned it but it stayed that way. The shower support was broken, so we had to use the shower head with one hand instead of a fixed holder. We didn’t report this to avoid bothering them. A tip: after coming back from the sea with sand on feet and ankles, an external faucet to rinse off before entering the clean room would be handy.
