I liked the cleanliness. The rooms are a bit noisy and the location isn’t optimal at night. The parking is a bit small and once we couldn’t find a spot.

I found everything pretty average, but the free parking was a big plus. The room felt cramped, and the bathroom was also tight. The old finishes and the location were okay.

After landing near LAX and spending a couple of days close to the Santa Monica/Venice beach area—just a 15‑minute walk—I found the hotel great. I also discovered a fantastic café, Tartine, up the road.
The place didn’t serve breakfast, but the front desk had coffee, juice, and water. The staff were very helpful. Public transport was convenient, we took a bus to the downtown station. Getting from the hotel to LAX was hassle‑free. Even though it’s on a busy street, the room was relatively quiet. The bathroom lacked hooks, which is very inconvenient because you have no place to hang your toothbrush or other items without risking them falling out of a soft plastic cup.
