The bathroom is one of the best I've seen in the Philippines, and the staff are very service‑oriented. The breakfast fell a bit short of my expectations; it's odd that you must choose between coffee or juice, and I can't understand that rule since they change the bed twice a week—probably costs more than a cheap glass of juice. There's no air conditioning.

This place is a gem. The room is absolutely perfect - clean, comfortable, and spacious. I've never stayed in a hotel room that's exceeded my expectations like this one has.

The hotel's got some great qualities, like the spacious rooms, fresh linens, and bathroom essentials. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are also super friendly. However, our experience was marred by some serious issues. We booked two rooms for three nights, but the cleaning only happened on the first day. When we came back after a day out, the rooms were still a mess, and the reception staff told us we should have warned them we needed cleaning.
