“В целом все было хорошо”

I liked the room. The hotel is in a great spot – the bus station, the city centre and the old town are all within walking distance. The staff were friendly. However, the breakfasts were a bit sparse, so we ended up eating outside. The fire alarm sensor sits right in the middle of the room, and the blinking light made it uncomfortable at night. Cleaning only arrived after we asked at reception.

“Neblogas”

The place is pretty and colourful, the bed is comfortable, and the dinner was tasty. The breakfast selection could have been broader. Also, the shower doors didn’t close properly and we had trouble with running water.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very central. The staff were attentive and very nice.

“Room itself was nice, but next time would choose a different one.”

The rooms were clean and had a nice vibe. The gym was outdated and dirty, with no chance to wipe down the machines after use. The equipment was old, the dumbbells only went up to 9 kg, and the elastic bands were stretched out. It seemed the gym hadn’t been renovated like the rest of the hotel. The smoke detector’s red light made it hard to sleep, even though another traveller had mentioned it had been fixed before. When I asked reception for a new body lotion, they mistakenly brought another shower instead, as if they hadn’t checked that the shower gel container was full. 😅

The location was good. The breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful. The only downside was that there was no coffee machine in the room.
