The location is good. Checking in was a nightmare. We arrived within the check‑in time but the staff weren’t there to let us in and hadn’t given us any instructions beforehand, so we had to message several times while stuck outside. They couldn’t communicate well in English, so the directions to our room and what to do were confusing.

我在这里住了非常愉快的一个夜晚！首先管理员Sami的英文非常好，人又热情好客，不仅入住全程顺利，我还和他以及其他房客进行了非常愉快的对话，在东京拥有了难忘的一夜。而且二楼的房间由于是我一个人住，非常安静又舒适，我睡了非常好的一觉！房子里厕所很多，虽然只有一个洗澡间，但足够使用了。很温馨舒适的房子。而且在前门努力张望可以看到天空塔的一个小角，哈哈. 房子的主人是个法国老人，不在房子里管理。房子的实际管理者是位年轻法国小哥。 由于是老板本人在管理Booking.com的订单，因此如果你从这里预订，大概率很难和老板联系上，也会出现各种Bug。但一旦当你到了地图所示的民宿地点，接下来就不用担心了。

Do not book this. I received one stained towel during a 10‑day stay—disgusting. The view is nothing like advertised. The walls are paper thin, so there’s no privacy. The bathroom and toilet are shared even though the booking said private. I feel scammed. The only bright spot was a friendly welcome, but that’s not worth the price. I repeat: DO NOT BOOK.

The spot was spot on, just a 3‑minute walk from the station, and the staff were super friendly, but they never replied to the online messages on the platform, which made it hard to get in touch before check‑in.
