The room stayed clean, the staff were friendly, and the elevators were convenient for my disabled husband. The only downside was that there was no coffee maker in the room.

“Not worth the money, will spend slightly more and go to the Versailles Inn and be treated properly.”

It was close to my family, which was a plus. However, the toilet didn’t work properly, the bathtub filled with water when I showered, there were loose tiles in the bathroom, and the floor around the bathtub was sloped. Someone apparently entered my room and disconnected the phone handset. The TV could be heard from neighboring rooms, and the cattle stampede noise upstairs and down the hall made sleeping impossible. They also charged a different rate than what was listed on the travel website, and I was told they could charge whatever they wanted if I paid at the site.

Finding the place was a breeze. Check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly, and the mini‑mart was a great convenience for snacks and drinks instead of heading out. My room was lovely, I slept soundly, and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.
