Good locations very good quality for the price paid top staff were friendly and let us check in really early after the sleeper train too which was amazing!. The sockets were very bad all our plugs kept falling out. The water in the tap was only a trickle really but it was manageable

The place is very well situated, and unlike many other spots in Chiang Mai it actually has a private bathroom, which is a plus; the location in the old city is great and it’s not too noisy. The downside is that the room and bathroom are a bit small, barely larger than the bed.
