One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower plus an extra outdoor shower, a small vanity, the accommodation has everything needed for a pleasant stay, right on the beach, staff very friendly, everything great. Super value for money.

Quiet and cozy. Green surroundings. Polite and nice hosts. There’s a taxi service and an umbrella in case of rain. The room is clean, cleaned daily, tea, coffee in the room, microwave, dishes, water. Comfortable bed and pillows, the bathroom has gel and shampoo. The terrace was especially liked, it’s fenced by plants, so you can’t see it from outside. Nearby 7/11, cafés, massage, everything is there. No such.

The apartments were in excellent condition, with responsive and friendly staff. The towels, dishes, furniture, and bedding were solid and modern, and the plumbing and shower were very good. Everything was nearby—exchange offices, 7eleven, shops, fruit stalls, and a tuk‑tuk parking area. The beach was a 5‑minute walk and they provided beach towels. Cleaning happened daily, and they offered a tea set, two bottles of water a day, dish soap, and a new sponge. Importantly, the booking required no prepayment; payment was made in cash on site. The photos on the site matched reality. It was a very comfortable stay, and we regret not booking more days. The beach was clean and cozy, with many cafés, a gentle sea entry, and plenty of entertainment. A 100‑baht lounger for a full day was available. We were very satisfied with our time at Buncha Place and thank the staff. Highly recommend Buncha Place for a Phuket getaway.

The hotel was wonderful and very quiet, surrounded by lush greenery and a lawn in front of the bungalow covered in soft grass. In the mornings, birds sang and butterflies fluttered. The sea was a three‑minute walk, just crossing the street. The rooms were spacious, with a living area and bedroom, all thoughtfully designed and convenient, featuring fresh renovations and modern décor. The mattresses were new and comfortable, and mosquito nets were on the windows. Each day a bottle of water was provided per person, and daily housekeeping was done. There was a gas stove and microwave, plus a safe. A table and chairs were set up before the bungalow entrance for evening seating. The staff were very helpful and always solved issues. All photos were accurate. The hotel offered a taxi service that we used happily; the prices were reasonable, and we didn’t buy a SIM card for the app. We rode that taxi to the market, a large supermarket, and the airport. Nearby was a restaurant where you could order both Russian and Thai dishes. Turning left from the hotel led to a 7/eleven, and if you went further, crossed a small bridge, and walked a bit more, you’d find another, larger 7/eleven with a much larger product range. The only downside was the lack of beach towels.

The place was clean, the price was fair, and the central location was good. However, they don’t accept credit cards; I had cash, but credit cards are usually preferable. An employee was supposed to give me a ride to the airport, but when it was time to leave, he was nowhere to be found, which was annoying. The room consisted of two separate areas—a living/kitchen and a bedroom. Only one split AC was in the bedroom, so cooling it down was difficult and took a long time.
