I booked through that app and when we arrived the staff told us no rooms were available and that the promotion on Booking was false; the hotel address was misspelled, so we had to wander and ask people for directions—terrible experience.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the little pool was cute. However the breakfast only offered eggs, arepas, juice, and coffee, and on the second day (when we had to stay an extra day) they forgot to stock coffee; the dining room overlooking the pool looked nice, but when we arrived the tables were still dirty with marks from glasses and plates, though the glass surfaces are easy to clean—hope it improves. The hotel address listed on Booking is wrong; the taxi made several detours—please update it. Vivian & JC

The place has some nice touches and our host was super respectful, but there were a few issues. The wifi didn't work, and because the TV can't connect to the internet, we couldn't access any streaming platforms. The pool closes pretty early and our room was a bit dirty. Overall, it's a mixed bag.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great. However, the shower situation was pretty basic - no proper showerhead and no shower gel. The towels provided were dirty and the room couldn't be locked. To top it off, the wifi was spotty.
