I have no idea why a $6 fee was taken from me, and I’m clueless about what it was for; they should have at least emailed an explanation of what we were charged for.
“hope we can go back sometime”
Everything was very clean.
“Will stay here again!”
The place was beautiful, clean, and the room was great. Nothing else to add – very satisfied.
“Wonderful experience except for the breakfast. But would happily stay at Doubletree again. Thank you”
I was impressed with the customer service when we first arrived. The smell of the hotel was clean and inviting. Housekeeping staff was superb. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. My only disappointment was breakfast. For the past 10 years we have stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown in the Old Market. With all the construction in the area we decided to stay somewhere different for our anniversary. The Doubletree turned out to be a very good choice
“Great location and clean room”
We were greeted with a cookie, but the room didn’t have enough towels.
