I only have positive words for Jacob and Vesila, who provided exceptional service during my stay.
I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, which is a top priority for me.
The room I stayed in was spacious and immaculately clean, making my stay truly enjoyable.
However, the hotel's location is a bit of a drawback, as it's far from the city center and lacks any nearby attractions.

The space was good, but it wasn’t well maintained.
I found the place surprisingly calm and the bed very comfortable, but the front‑desk staff were a bit unfriendly.
The service was excellent, especially the manager and the staff, but the rooms and furniture started to deteriorate and no renovations were visible.
“Good”
The large space worked well for a family, but the daily cleaners were not tidy – they finished quickly but not professionally.
“Увеличте персонал обслуживание”
The kitchen crew served wonderfully, especially now that the new team has arrived. However, after we checked in, housekeeping didn’t come for the first three days.
