Check‑in was smooth and fast. The housekeeper was very dedicated and friendly. The room is large and the bathroom modern. There is a secure place to store bicycles.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Cles. It’s very convenient for walking or driving to the nearby valleys, and the train/bus station is close enough if needed. Check‑in was simple and quick. The room is tiny, plain, and not overly fancy but suitable for two people. Alex is always available for any request. The breakfast he prepares is great, alternating freshly made dishes and local products. In the room there were a few things to sort out, like the bathroom mirror light, but we reported them to Alex, who was receptive and ready to fix them. We would have liked a few more hangers or a support point.
