The location was great, the accommodation was comfortable and affordable, the staff were fabulous, and I would stay again; there was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff were pleasant and the bed was clean, yet the bathroom smelled bad, was poorly maintained, the towel rail was taped with silver duct tape, the shower head was just hanging, water ran down the wall when on, and there was a lot of black mould around the ceiling.

The hotel was pet‑friendly and the staff were friendly, but the mattress and the decor were old and dated.

We stayed on the ground floor and the place was pet‑friendly, but the bathroom was dirty, paint over wood was heavily chipped, the mattress was thin and noisy, the kettle only had two pins on the plug (replaced immediately by staff), a chair was wobbly and nearly collapsed, and the bathroom ceiling was mouldy.
