“A great Ryokan.”
We really enjoyed our stay here. The room way clean and spacious, the Onsen was great, the Soba restuarant attached was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bookable set special dinner menu to have in the Ryokan was really good! A little out from the city centre but easily reached by car if you have one or taxi. Highly recomemded. No issues
The room size was good, but the beds were a little less comfortable than the other two Ryokans I stayed at on this trip.
“The genuine cultural experiecne we were hoping for when staying at a Ryokan”
It was an authentic Japanese Ryokan with an excellent soba noodle restaurant and a proper Onsen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the gardens were beautiful, and the slightly remote location added to the peace and tranquility we were looking for. The futons were a little thin, but once an extra mattress layer was added they became quite comfortable.
“房間很舒適,空間大,設備齊全。服務人員客氣有禮貌”
空間大,服務品質好,早餐豐盛. 無
“Subpar facilities”
The staff were nice and tried to be helpful, but the facilities were poor. We put milk in the fridge, only to find the hotel had turned the fridge off and our milk spoiled—unnecessary. The room stayed cold until almost 9 pm when the hotel finally turned on the heater. Possibly because of low occupancy, breakfast was unexpectedly stopped, leaving us with an unsatisfactory experience.
