The location is great and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
“No one is not responding properly”
The TV wasn’t working, and nobody answered when I asked for help.
The place is well situated, but the hot water isn’t functioning correctly and the fan in our room was also faulty.

The spot is convenient and the breakfast is solid, but the room doors make noise and the TV is broken; I’m not sure if the lift and the hot water are reliable, so the overall value could improve.
