The room was damp, like after a water damage, and it had a slight odor.
The staff were not courteous; the non‑refundable advance payment felt like a trick. When I asked for an invoice, nothing arrived and they didn’t issue anything.

There was no cleanliness, staff spoke neither German nor English at check‑out, the toilet flush was broken, the shower head leaked, the whole place smelled like cigarettes despite a scent system that only made it worse, it was loud from airplanes, and it was a rip‑off once the fair started. Electrical wiring was exposed, the shower drain was poorly installed, there was no VDE inspection on the electronics, and no emergency exit lighting was marked.
