During my recent stay, I was impressed by the hotel's follow-up and customer support, which was on par with any good hotel chain. However, the property itself fell short of my expectations, with issues in the washroom, bed linen, and a strong odor in the room. Additionally, the room lacked a fan, relying solely on the air conditioner. Despite these issues, the hotel's customer support was a redeeming factor, but the property itself needs significant improvement.

“Disappointing. Will look elsewhere next time”

My recent stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including having to pay an advance online and the balance at check-in, which was unusual for me after 30+ years of traveling. The room's facilities were basic, and the breakfast was not worth the money I paid for it. However, the most disturbing aspect was the treatment of a little dog tied up at the reception, which was inhumane and reflected poorly on the hotel. The only positives were the clean linen and a reasonably clean toilet.
