The room was beautifully decorated and the stay is nicely spacious with a nice pool and atmospheric buffet. The rooms are also very spacious. All requests and communication were a bit sluggish. We had to wait a long time for towels at the pool or they came after 20 minutes to say they were out. At the buffet evening we arrived 30 minutes late and part of the food was already gone and was not replenished. We were not told what the starters were that were served to us. It felt like an atmospheric evening, but this made it a bit rough. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy. A number of locals stayed next to us and made a lot of noise early and late. It was nice that the reception eventually addressed the ladies.

Excellent surroundings and property. Brunch was not well done on the 26th. Somewhat disorganized and not set up for a brunch menu.

The property is well situated, spacious and clean. Reception - the ladies and specifically Nkateko are very professional and welcoming. We enjoyed our spa treatment. Restaurant communication when there's food delays, having waited an hour for breakfast.
