I booked a double queen room for 2 nights and when we arrived we were told they did not have any left. They offered us 2 singles for the same price. The 1st room was ok but the 2nd room had not been clean and there were dead bugs on the floor. When I reported it I was given another room. This room was bug free but the refrigerator did not work. There was a smell through out the entire hotel. It smelled like pet urine and Marijuana. There were dead bugs in all the hall ways.The next morning we decided not to stay the 2nd night and switch hotels. I was very disappointed has we had stayed there last year and it was pretty good

This was the best extended stay I've ever seen in terms of cleanliness and decor; I was pleasantly surprised. There was no cigarette smell or anything else. When we arrived, fresh‑baked bread was already there for residents to take. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved how close it was to everything. The shower was a bit broken, probably because it wasn’t clear how to turn it on and it may have loosened from people trying to figure it out.
