The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, renovations were done professionally, and the food was good. The toilet paper holder was in the wrong place, posing a danger, and the toilet had blue stains covering the toilet, the buttocks and elbow area.

The breakfast was rich and very good, the buffet was beautifully prepared. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom gorgeous, and the dinner dishes excellent. The young employee at the service desk and reception could still make big strides in friendliness.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van Adelboden, dus overal dichtbij, toch had ik een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het personeel is aardig en het ontbijt is lekker met keuze uit veel verschillende kazen. De omgeving van Adelboden is prachtig. Ik miste een koelkastje
