Clean, comfortable, the service is very accessible, the breakfast is beautiful, and it’s in a convenient spot, though the elevator is missing but overall it’s still very good.

“Parece hotel nas fotos, mas a experiência está muito longe disso.”

The staff were very polite and the air‑conditioning worked, but the photos made the place look like a hotel while the reality felt more like a corner motel. The door of the room I stayed in seemed previously broken or damaged, with a huge gap letting in a lot of light and compromising privacy—someone close enough could easily see inside. The lock looked dented or repaired, and part of the locking mechanism was visible through the gap, which I definitely consider unsafe. The floor appeared clean, yet the sheets had a strong sweat smell that made me uneasy about hygiene. The shower was another issue: the knob kept releasing during the bath, forcing me to leave wet several times to re‑lock it. To top it off, I woke up several times at night to extremely loud moaning from other rooms, which reinforced my initial impression of the place and ruined my rest. Given the price and all these problems, I think it would be better to look for a known hotel chain that actually offers the structure, safety, hygiene, and tranquility expected of a hotel.
