The breakfast and dinner were good, I liked the sport bar, Miss Grant at the front desk was great, and the welcoming bar drinks were good too. Too much walking, too much furniture in the room, no activity was boring, big build with nothing to do.

The food was horrible. The first night they tried to check us into a horribly moldy‑smelling room. I objected and got a better room. The property wasn’t bad overall, but the food needs to be better. No flavor and not chewable…tough!

The food was excellent. My room had no air-conditioning for two day/nights.i called multiple times to complain about it. I even had to walk up to the front desk to complain because the made to many calls on the phone and it the operator on the phone stated that i had reached my MAX for consecutive phone calls. No accommodations were made for me. Time of when things open and close need to be visibly displayed. A lot of the staff dont smile, say good morning, or look like want to be at work. There were no substitute allowed for the mini bar. They should offer guest the option of having beer, wine, or no alcohol for those who prefer one over the other or dont drink. Their were no cushions on the chairs outside on my balcony. Sitting on the wooden ones was very uncomfortable

Great location. Check in time over 2 hours. Simple amenities not provided in the room upon request items take over 24 hours to deliver to the room, specifically 1 toothbrush. Long wait time for things to be repaired in the room. Constantly asking for the fridge to be stocked. ( empty fridge on arrival) I have experienced double standard as a guest. The rules dont apply to all guests. The property is big. we were told we could request a cart for transport if needed. My family and I have no problem walking to where we want to go, however when we really need transport never available. Hidden fees. Simply things that should be " inclusive " we are refered to the gift shop
