Breakfast was very good, the location is also nice, the staff was very friendly, and the room was beautiful, but there’s a smell in the stairwell and you have to walk a bit to get to breakfast.

Many photos in the listing don’t match the actual accommodation but rather the Florida Hotel a few meters away; you have to go there to check in, and at check‑in they give you a hotel bracelet but we’re not sure if we’re allowed to access Florida Hotel, which has a pool. The room is clean and has a fan, but if it’s very hot there’s no AC and it gets very warm quickly. The Floridita building is very old and the corridors smelled of sweat.

The room wasn’t very clean: we found hair on the nightstand and ants in the bathroom.

The front desk was helpful and the housekeeping staff gave personal attention. The only downside was that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with large suitcases.

The 24‑hour front desk staff were very friendly and the views were great. However, the sheets were worn and the pillows were as thin as paper.
