“A cosy stay”

I had to be in Coventry for a week for work, and this ensuite room became my home for that time. The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom wall was a good size, and the kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and dinner each day. The ensuite was nicely decorated and had everything I needed, plus a nice hot shower. I secured parking right in front of the house for the whole stay. A few other people were staying here at the same time, each for different lengths of stay; most kept to themselves, but occasional friendly encounters in passing or in the kitchen happened, and I enjoyed meeting people from all over the world. Check‑in and check‑out were easy. Bella, the host, was very friendly and communicative even though I didn’t meet her. You can’t get better value for money. The location was good, it isn’t a long walk to the centre or to the university, so everything is easy to reach. The area itself isn’t the best, but that’s not the host’s fault. Once in the house, you’re tucked away in a little home away from home.

“Good comfortable stay with a best value for money”

The single‑bedroom was super comfy, with a solid office table, chair, and blazing fast broadband, and it’s just a 15‑minute walk to the city centre. The neighbourhood, however, feels a bit run‑down and rough.
