“Served its purpose for on night”
It was fine for a single night, but sharing the facilities was an issue.
“Very organized, helpful guest services, seamless self checkin process. Perfect for short stays”
The guest services were excellent, the location was close to the airport, the self‑check‑in worked smoothly, and the place was spotless.
The property was clean, had all the necessary comforts, and was fairly spacious. We really appreciated Davide’s availability and the information he provided; everything ran smoothly.
“Pulizia e disponibilità top”
The owners were friendly and helpful, but the TV was missing from the room – that was the only flaw.
“My stay served a purpose and that's all.”
I knew the thunderstorm could cause problems, yet I arrived to find no hot water for a shower, a hairball on the floor, and a few insects in the room. The water was cold, and when I told the owner I felt initially dismissed until an investigation was done after I left; only then did I get an apology and a thank‑you. I believe I deserved some compensation because I couldn’t shower.
