The place looks nice, but hygiene is noticeably lacking. We had a bad experience when a bathroom faucet broke and flooded our room; they moved us to a smaller room on the second floor, but our clothes got soaked. The hotel didn’t offer a dryer or even ask about our soaked clothes.

The rooms were clean and the staff were adorable, the hotel’s location was ideal, and it was very quiet—perfect for families. The only suggestion is that breakfast could be a bit more varied, otherwise everything was great.

The food at the Nawa restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious, and the staff were kind and friendly. I didn’t dislike anything, but I would have appreciated more water; we ran out because it was very hot.
