I liked the location and the hall we rented for an event, but it was a self‑catering space that lacked microwaves, no cabinet to store food, no bar fridge, and the bathroom doors were a hassle and noisy; I stayed for three nights and had to buy my own food, which is disappointing for such a beautiful place that feels more like a bed‑and‑breakfast; Tsipa, the venue coordinator, could use some customer‑service training.

Clean, tidy rooms and a comfy bed, with friendly staff who were always helpful and a breakfast that was truly awesome. The only downside was the night lights on my side of the room – they were so bright that I woke up at midnight thinking it was morning.

A nice place surrounded by nature, but the Wi‑Fi was completely non‑functional and we had to park our cars a long way from our rooms.

I was not happy with this stay at all. The breakfast fell far short of what I expected, and the shower floor was in terrible condition – it was extremely slippery, soapy, and clearly needed a thorough scrub. I left the lodge for a meeting and expected housekeeping to clean my room while I was away, but when I returned it was exactly as I had left it, untouched. There’s a lot that needs improvement, especially in housekeeping, cleanliness, and breakfast service.
