The lady at the front desk was very courteous and always smiled, which I appreciated. I did notice hair on the bathroom floor, and I wish I could have chosen a softer pillow since I prefer a thin one.

The hotel was conveniently close to Hiroshima Station and offered good value for the price; even though I booked a single, the room turned out larger than expected and the staff were extremely friendly, but I was a bit let down that the amenities didn’t include any skin‑care products.
