The pool is a bit cooler than I expected, but it’s great for cooling off and it’s usable even when it rains because it’s mostly under the hotel. There’s a waterfall, a separate jacuzzi, and a 160 cm deep plunge that I really liked, and it feels like a green oasis. In the room I had the two large, comfortable beds of the family room and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub that helped me relax. We had to put down a security deposit of 1000 baht, which was fine if it could have been paid in another currency. At the time I didn’t have 1000 baht on me, so I had to go to the currency exchange before we could go into the room. The lighting in the room seemed to have been changed, making it feel quite dark.
