Mrs Iman, the hotel manager, and the whole team went above and beyond to make our stay great; the manager upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and convenient, and the staff answered many of our questions—helpful for our first time in Dubai.

The hotel’s old Arabic style is something I love, and the room is very clean. The staff are friendly and kind; when we arrived in Dubai very early, we had no idea where the hotel was located, but Sri (I hope I didn’t miss his name) was very helpful in showing us the way.

Das Hotel ist sauber, klein, hat Charme und Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Creek fanden wir sensationell. Das Personal ist so super nett und höflich. Die Lage im alten Dubai fanden wir toll, vermutlich ursprünglicher und authentischer als im neuen Dubai. Die Zimmer haben das Gefühl vermittelt mitten im Orient zu sein
