The room was beautiful and clean, the bathroom spotless, and the staff were helpful; the Georgian menu was excellent, and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming, with on‑site parking available. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was tasty and the mattress was good, but the place doesn’t even come close to a “4‑star” rating—2 stars would be more accurate. When it was 34 °C outside, the guests forgot to turn on the air‑conditioning, probably to save money. We had to pay for water even though the hotel markets itself as a “4‑star,” which is far below even a 2‑star standard. The shower box fell apart in the “4‑star” hotel.
