We were already there for the second time. The location is sensational and the view over the lake and Salo is stunning; the lovingly restored holiday apartment sits amid olive trees, cypress trees and blooming bougainvillea. At night it’s amazingly quiet, in the morning the rooster crows. The kids loved getting eggs from the chicken coop in the morning. A special place. (If only there were a small dishwasher included…)
