I loved the location and the view, enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the ocean and taking morning walks along the beach. The house was smaller than I expected; the bathroom was cramped and hard to use because there was no spot for toiletries, a shelf above the sink and in the shower would help, and there was no toilet paper holder—paper had to be placed on top of the tank, making it hard to reach. The TV didn’t work and was very outdated; tech support couldn’t fix it. I think the hotel could do better to make guests more comfortable regardless of taste. Extra linens and towels would have been appreciated for stays longer than 5 days. The property needs maintenance, the gates need repair, and a parking option inside the property would be a bonus for peace of mind, especially since most guests rent cars; street parking was fine but a bit worrisome.

“Lovely cottage right on the ocean”

We loved our little cottage on the ocean, a great, convenient spot with easy street parking and a nice restaurant across the beach open until 11 pm. We enjoyed hearing the waves crash as we fell asleep and woke up each day, and we highly recommend it! We swapped some sofa cushions for pillows because the pillows were too hard.

The location was sensational, everything was clean, and the bed was excellent, but there was no personal contact with my host for two weeks and the key handover at check‑in was not easy.
