The Family Room A boasts an en-suite bathroom equipped with bathing facilities, including a bathtub and shower, alongside a bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary slippers. A fully functional kitchen allows for self-catering, complete with a stovetop, fridge, kitchen utensils, and microwave. This generously proportioned, climate-controlled space is furnished with a flat-screen television offering streaming capabilities, a washing machine, traditional tatami flooring, and sound-absorbing walls, all while overlooking a serene street scene. Accommodations include two beds, supplemented by two additional futons.

Hotel type apartment. Spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Excellent location, next to a shopping mall and just 3 minutes from Kyoto’s central station, with access to JR trains, the metro, and the Shinkansen.

I wrote a review before; this is an extension of my stay. EXCELLENT.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment’s location right next to a mall made everything convenient. However, we stayed in August, so the heat and humidity left a musty odor in the unit.
“Estancia familiar ideal en Kyoto”
Excellent location between Kyoto Station and AEON KYOTO MALL, which has everything, including a supermarket great for buying dinners, breakfasts, and not just “kombini”. The staff are charming, super friendly, and the room is huge by Japanese standards: a double bed, two futons where my kids slept in the “living‑kitchen” area, a fridge, microwave, stove, washer, dryer in the bathroom, a separate toilet room so one can shower, another can brush teeth, and another can use the toilet without disturbing anyone. Plus the nearby streets have restaurants to grab a bite, etc. All in all, this is our second stay and we’ll return if we come back.

i LOVED the location, right next to a mall. Minutes from the train AND another shopping center. What more can we ask for! AND the hotel / apartment itself is amazing. the Staff is excellent and VERY accommodating. The apartment was spacious and loved that we had enough room for all 5 of us. the kitchen was our main area which we loved and we appreciated so much that each room had AC, the laundry was easy to follow and loved how we dried our laundry. The appliances are top notch quality. We will most likely stay there again. We Absolutely LOVED our stay. Don't change a thing!
