Clean and a nearby supermarket open 24/7, but the price was too high. The studio was a converted garage with a maximum height of 1.90 m, so rather cramped. The air conditioning was faulty and noisy, the owner was quite unpleasant, and they did not accept credit cards.

Quiet spot, two ways in – straight or a nice uphill drive, so keep that in mind if that matters to you. The owners are a sweet couple (the husband speaks Italian) and their breakfast tops the usual fancy hotel fare. Mostly savory, with local fruit, it was a real treat. We got a double room with two single beds right after the entrance, plus a sofa, a kitchenette, and a table – handy for our stay.
Everything was great, but there was a bit of a mess.

The family ran the place with a lot of warmth and the breakfast was genuinely good. Having AC in the room was a lifesaver during the summer heat. The only hiccup was that the directions to get there were a bit confusing.
