The bed was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice. Nothing else to note.

The hotel’s proximity to the mall and the variety of nearby restaurants were convenient, but the room didn’t live up to expectations: I asked for a view, was told yes, yet the windows only showed trees. After an hour in the room, the temperature dropped and the heater wouldn’t turn on. I reported it to the front desk, and a maintenance guy came but couldn’t fix it, insisting we move to another room. About 20 minutes later, the front desk claimed no rooms were available, even though the hotel was sold out. I left to get food for my kids, and when I returned, the desk said a new room was ready but still being repaired. The final room had an old, musty odor that I had to spray with Lysol, and we kept seeing ants. We stayed only because we were exhausted and needed to head back to South Carolina early the next morning. The property feels a bit rundown, though my sister used to stay here before COVID and it was nice back then.
