The proximity to Haad Rin’s full‑moon party was a highlight, and we didn’t have to pay for taxis back home while watching people from the balcony. A few minor upgrades would help, but you get what you pay for, so it’s not a big issue.

The dorm is large with many people, and the beds are right next to each other; upper beds lack curtains. Surprisingly clean even during the full moon, though it’s hard to locate because it’s behind a shop.

There was nothing I liked at all! I paid 38 euros for two nights and could barely stay alone for one night, which felt like a nightmare, as if I were in a common grave. The room had a curtain in the middle, about 20 two‑bed beds, and no windows. The AC was so strong it felt like a fridge. The bed was harder than a stone. There was no common seating area; you were either on the bed or outside. The woman supposed to be at reception was busy running her clothing shop and ignored everything. One sick person was on a bed—a bit older man who didn’t leave the bed and coughed a lot. I told the woman he might need a doctor, but she didn’t listen. Moreover, it’s impossible to contact them beforehand; the phone listed on Booking doesn’t answer, and the email doesn’t work. I travel worldwide, but I’ve never been to a worse place! I can’t understand how Booking allows a place like this with no human conditions! The price is too high for what they offer! I regret spending money, time, and nerves there! They don’t accept cancellations, even early. Whoever pays pays and that’s it! I tried to contact them two weeks before the trip and Booking’s customer service couldn’t help. I wanted to cancel, but they forced me to go, and you see how it all turned out: everything bad! I hope more people read this and don’t spend money on this horrible place that feels more like a common grave. I’m a journalist and will try to “popularize” this place, as I have photos and video.
