The rooms were great in size and looked good.
The staff were lovely, the room was beautiful, the Sunday roast was amazing, and I’ll definitely return.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are excellent. The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough.

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we were in the area again we would definitely stop at the hotel.”
The food was tasty and the sausages were good, but the portions were too large—we could have had just one breakfast and two plates. We had no complaints about the inn itself. I reached out to George the day before and was told the meals finished at 3.00 pm, and that the kitchen could be opened if we wanted a roast. I declined and said we would be fine with sandwiches, which is what we brought. While walking around the village we noticed people eating bar food.
