Tutto . Pulizia , comfort, qualità e varietà del cibo. Il resort è eccezionale. Solo al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che la camera con piscina privata che avevamo prenotato e pagato era allagata ( cosa non vera) e volevano trasferirci in una villa privata , lontano dai nostri figli ! Mi sono infastidita moltissimo, anche perché l’addetta alla reception che ci ha ricevuti era indisponente. Fortunatamente dopo ci hanno sistemati in una camera standard ed hanno provveduto a rimborsarci parte della quota antecedentemente pagata, anche grazie ad un’altra impiegata della reception che si è mostrata molto cordiale . Non do’ voto 10 solo per questo , la struttura ed il servizio sono impeccabili!

Hotel blisko plaży i w samym centrum miejscowości Platanias pokoje bardzo czyste dużo leżaków bardzo blisko morza i prywatnej plaży, plaża strzeżona codziennie przez Ratownika natomiast jeżeli chodzi o zejście do wody nie było ono zbyt łagodne jak to pisze tutaj w opiniach, cały hotel i obsługa była wręcz idealna. Jedyne co nam się nie podobało to brak otrzymania wymeldowaniu pokoju który zarezerwowaliśmy przez booking ale po opłaceniu 80 € dostaliśmy przepiękny nowoczesny wyremontowany pokój na parterze gdzie z niego z balkonu mieliśmy dosłownie wszędzie blisko zarówno na basen jak i do baru
The accommodation looked very nice and had just been renovated, giving everything a modern and tidy vibe. The staff were especially friendly, making us feel truly welcome and comfortable during our stay. The food selection was good and varied, and the cocktails were also very tasty. Even though we had a lot of rainy weather, we still felt very comfortable at the hotel overall. A few things didn’t sit well with us: extra charges for pool or beach towels, and the beach loungers were also paid for, which we found a bit disappointing. During meal times it could get pretty crowded, and the hotel can only do so much about that. In the mornings the rush at the two coffee machines was so intense that we sometimes preferred to skip coffee rather than wait in a long line; more machines would definitely help. For families with kids, an indoor play area would be nice, especially on bad weather days when the children need a place to stay inside.

The welcome, location, quiet beach, meals, pools, bar, and entertainment were all great. The gym equipment was outdated, and the desserts could use improvement.
