The property's age shows, but it's been well-maintained. There are two restaurants and a small market on site, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the noise from local activities during the day can be a real issue. I also had trouble getting hot water in the shower.

I booked a room, but unfortunately, I didn't get one. I'm not sure what happened, but it was a real hassle to sort out.

I was really looking forward to a clean room every day, but housekeeping missed out on my room a few times, even after I specifically asked for it. It was frustrating to come back to a messy room after a long day out.

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as I'd expect from a hotel, and the breakfast was pretty lacking. It's not the first time I've had issues with cleanliness here.
